I'm having a hard time to determine one by one wich ones from the link below have really no copyright. Being most of them social and political isues, some of the material may be allowed for free distribution, but other ones are tv and DVD rips.
If anyone wants to also chek it out, there's lots of materials hard to trace

It's one of the ones hard to determine.
Looks like there's a place called thoughtmaybe.com that's using inernet archive as a server. The page is dedicated to social and politcal documentaries and, sometimes this kind of materials may be put in public domain by it's creators, but sometimes it isn't, and it looks like the ThoughtMaybe uploader doesn't care about.
The problem is in many cses it's hard to track wich ones are the right ones. So if anyone can check it better.

I'm thinking it could be good to open a "dubious links" thread, so all the users could assist in the "not sure" material
